Ride in With Me?

Today, I’m going out to the property to meet with contractors, and see how the manufactured home set up is coming along. I thought it would be nice to share the main stretch of road leading up to our homestead. It’s a nice scenic drive and I’ve come to enjoy it.

Most people who know me, know I’ve never cared for driving longer than 35 minutes anywhere! lol. If my drive reached 45 minutes to an hour I’d start to get antsy. My husband use to do all the driving when we rode together so I didn’t have to inconvenience myself too much lol. Now days I don’t have much of a choice.

My husband is currently disabled. He doesn’t walk or drive(I’m believing that this will change on this side of heaven). I’ve had 5 years to get use to my full-time responsibility of driving everywhere.

Boy was I spoiled! Now it’s his turn, and I’m not mad about it. It’s been nice to drive in peace.

No traffic, horns honking, folks cutting you off and giving YOU the bird? I say thank you Jesus.
